About Ken Toth

While an undergraduate student (English/Liberal Arts) at Oakland University, Rochester, Michigan, Ken Toth also pursued his passion for real estate by completing all the university’s courses in the Real Estate curriculum, followed by Michigan agent licensure.

He obtained California broker licensure in 2002, focusing on personal investments and management of his own rental portfolio.  Ken recently returned to the real estate profession full time with California agent licensure, and stands ready to assist every client with a disciplined, professional approach.

Whatever your real estate interests, Ken Toth stands ready to share his love of real property, first, by collaboratively working with you to clearly identify your present real estate wants, needs, and goals.  He then gets to work on making them happen with the highest level of professionality and honesty.

At 55+, Ken also keenly appreciates the unique requirements of clients seeking compatible, retirement real property, such as strategic down-sizing to best maximize disposable income and/or locating a desirable location delivering  maximum aesthetic enjoyment as well as proximity to commercial and health services.

“Whether representing you as a buyer or seller, my challenge and satisfaction as your real estate agent is to assist you in negotiating the best deal possible.”
